Description:The role of the Architect is to design the layout of the work site and to be sure the Navigator and Climber have everything they need to complete their roles. The Architect will check to make sure all the tools and equipment is ready and will hold everyone on the team accountable to fulfill their responsibilities. This one will fill in any missing role that might show up in a gap for the team. This is a tough role but great for those who are organized and knows how to motivate other team members.
